Violet cakes are baked with organic and low intervention ingredients including the Madagascan vanilla pods and pure cane molasses. Stunning ingredients include Valrhona dark chocolate, freshly brewed espresso, home-made flower cordials or dark caramel made with sea salt.
Since the London store opened in 2010 we have grown into a beautiful brand and feel very excited about the future.
