Britt-Marie Monks is the founder of London based travel agency, The Honeymoon and Holiday Fixer. She started the business in 2016 having been made redundant while on maternity leave. Initially, as The Honeymoon Fixer, Britt specialised in honeymoons and destination weddings but in 2018 expanded by launching The Holiday Fixer.

Six years on, after steadily growing the business even through covid, there are eight self-employed “Holiday Fixers” who are located throughout the country with more due to start before the end of the year. Despite being a relatively new, the agency has already won several awards, and now that travel is back on the agenda, Britt is feeling very optimistic about the future.
