Entering into the hospitality industry in 1999, Monica started her career in events as Catering Coordinator at Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, moving up to Catering Manager within the year. Moving to New York in 2002, Monica joined the catering team at The Pierre New York, A Four Seasons Hotel handling high society events. After three years, Monica began her international career in 2005 by moving to Paris to join Four Seasons Hotel George V where she was Associate Director of Catering to co-lead the team managing an international and high profile clientele. Upon returning to Southern California in 2006, Monica worked at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel as Associate Director of Catering where she built strong relationships with repeat clients and partners, both in the social and charity markets. In 2013, Monica returned to New York as Director of Catering & Conference Services at Trump SoHo, in lower Manhattan. With a calling back to Europe, Monica arrived in London in 2015 as Director of Catering & Events at Rosewood London where she is responsible for managing a team of 11 & has further supported sister properties in Tuscany, Italy, Paris, France & Montecito, California with the implementation of procedures, standards and best practices.
