Always entrepreneurial and immersing herself in travel, culture, fashion, and fine cuisine, she is known for her refined artistry, elegant style, and creative passion.

Marrying her love for style and fashion, Mwai collaborated with Italian shoe designer JANIKO to create a collection of designer Italian wedding shoes known as the Mwai Yeboah with JANIKO collection.

Mwai is also a speaker, blogger, and author of the book The Chaos-Free Bride-to-Be: A Purse-Sized Wedding Planning Advice Book with Key Tips and Powerful Declarations for a Joyful Wedding.

Mwai loves to travel, especially throughout her home continent of Africa, and shine the spotlight on hidden gem locations to help boost tourism and support local businesses and subsistence entrepreneurs. In 2020, Mwai founded the International Weddings and Events Service Providers Association (IWESPA), a community of like-minded professionals dedicated to elevating ethics, excellence, and professionalism in the industry. As Zambia’s first association of wedding and event pros, it brings the highest calibre of talent in the Zambian events marketplace together, connecting the world to Zambia—and uplifting its event industry on an international stage—is a key part of why she started this initiative.
In an effort to rebrand Africa as more than just a safari and volunteer destination, but a beautiful continent with diverse landscapes and endless opportunities, Mwai also partners with resorts and adventure companies in engaging ways to increase awareness and reach in the luxury travel and destination market.
