Nina is the owner and founder of Occasion Queens, the first company in the UK to specialise purely in ‘On The Day Coordination.’

During her 18 years in the events industry, Nina identified and bridged a gap to support couples with a service that not only provides reassurance that their wedding would be executed to perfection, with minimal stress, but also allows them full control right up until the day itself. Nina has developed teams of people working across London and the Home Counties to ensure that no bride or groom finds themselves having to deal with the logistics of their wedding, on the big day.

Over the years the business has evolved to provide not only specialist coordination services, but also expert consultancy to venues working to establish themselves within the wedding industry. Her clients include barns and manor houses venues the Home Counties, Fullers Brewery and Hyatt. Nina is passionate about her clients and that remains at the heart of operations, running anywhere from 50 - 100 weddings a year herself. This means Nina is able to identify and understand her venue's ideal market, and ensure they are optimised for success from the very beginning.

With a strong sense of community and cohesion to create beautiful weddings, Nina prides herself on building a network that is both inclusive and diverse - right from the couples she works with, the venues she manages, to the suppliers she recommends. This year her work has extended to supporting The UK Weddings Taskforce, working closely on wedding guidelines and ensuring the whole sector's voice is heard at government level.
