Since 2011, Rime has been designing wedding dresses, by being part of this new generation who decided to shake the traditional wedding codes, and to bring style and attitude in very static & conventional industry. Trained at the prestigious Chambre Syndicale de la Couture de Paris, Rime took her first steps with the queen of knits in 2004, Sonia Rykiel, who left her forever print on her vision of eternal Parisian, this "effortless, boyish yet sophisticated woman." A vision that will inspire her as a prophecy. Rime envisions the man who will stand next to his bride in their lifetime, with a gown that is somehow sensual and erotic.
We feel this sensual vibe in her collections, but also through her muses of yesteryear and today: Kate Moss, Romy Schneider, Lauren Hutton, Zoe Kravitz, Vanessa Paradis, Bardot, Birkin ... very different women but who all have in common to have lived their lives with great freedom. The Rime woman is a feminist & a modern goddess. Self-confidence remains the best accessory that her Rime Arodaky Babes possess.
In 2015, she decided to extend the brides experience by adding to her ceremony collection, a ready to wear capsule to follow her brides’ journey, before and after their union. Bridal shower, Rehearsal, civil, evening dress, brunch, honeymoon ... all the trousseau becomes accessible via its website as well as the famous Net-A-Porter website.
In October 2016, Rime extended to the international market and introduced for the first time her collection at the bridal week in New York, in front of buyers and international press. In addition to its Parisian showroom, Rime develops long-term partnerships and makes her retailers in London, New York, Dublin and Lyon. Flagships that reflect perfectly the DNA of the Maison.
