Our food and drink are a celebration of where we are and what we believe in. That’s outstanding English wineries, seafood straight from the shore and produce from the surrounding countryside. And a style of cooking that celebrates where we are and what we have. Food lovingly prepared that celebrates the seasons.

Thread count? We’ve lost count. When all is said and done a few things beat sinking into a sensational bed, in a beautifully thought out room. We’ve considered every detail from lighting to luxurious linen.
